Joe DeMarco is a skill development specialist with a passion for mentoring young athletes. He began his coaching career at just 17 years. As the founder and operator of NextGen Hockey School in the Greater Toronto Area, Joe has played a key role in shaping the next generation of players.

 

With over eight years of coaching experience in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) and Klevr Sports League (KSL), Joe has led multiple championship-winning teams in both leagues. His ability to develop talent and foster a competitive, high-performance culture has made him a respected leader in the hockey community.

 

Currently, Joe serves as the Head Coach of the 2017 Toronto Raiders, where he continues to refine the skills and potential in young athletes. Additionally, he was appointed Head of Recruiting and General Manager for the Pro Hockey Development Brick Teams, overseeing player selection and development for one of the most prestigious youth hockey programs in North America.

 

With a deep commitment to excellence, Joe remains dedicated to providing elite coaching, mentorship, and hockey development for the next generation of players.
